Other things to Note, thank you.
There are outside security cameras that are monitored by a security company for your safety and security.
No more than 12 people are allowed to stay at the house. Parties and events are not allowed. Furniture inside the house must not be moved. If furniture is moved, and the floor is scratched, repair costs will be charged. If furniture is moved from inside the house to the outside of the house and damaged, guests will have to pay for damages. The house must be left reasonably clean and in a similar state to what it was found, kitchen must be left clean with the dishwasher on and pots cleaned and put away. No food to be taken upstairs. BBQ to be cleaned after being used.
Leaving the fenced area of the house yard is not allowed except by the entrance.
Bring your own, paper towels, cling film, alfoil etc. Unfortunately previously, other guests have removed all, so they are no longer provided.
The small balconies on the Car portico side of the house are closed off for safety reasons.
The swimming pool lights are permanently disconnected for safety reasons. There is plenty of light from the terrace if you want to swim at night.
There is a floodlight that used to shine on the field below the swimming pool. This light is permanently disconnected as past guests constantly left the floodlight on all night, annoying the neighbours below. Also the field below the pool is not part of Lemon Grove and belongs to the neighbours below.
One of the rooms and a cupboard in Lemon Grove is locked for cleaners storage.
The fenced area around Lemon Grove home is the only area included in your booking. Please note, there is a gap in one part of the fence near the entrance.
Smoking outside only, thank you.
